We are a Holy Ghost-filled, Christ-centered church committed to winning souls to Jesus, developing disciples, and empowering believers to fulfill God’s divine purpose. We believe in the transforming power of Jesus Christ, the preached Word, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit to strengthen lives and raise up godly leaders to be witnesses at home, in the community, and around the world. With a special heart for developing our youth today to lead tomorrow, we are dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel with power in Frederick and beyond.

Bishop Edward J. Rollins Sr.
Lead Pastor
Bishop Edward J. Rollins, Sr. is the servant leader of Thomas Tabernacle Holiness Church of God, Inc., where he received the pastoral mantle in 2014. Having been saved and filled with the Holy Ghost at a young age, he has faithfully served in numerous roles within the church, helping to build and strengthen the body of Christ.
With over four decades of service in Frederick County Public Schools and active involvement in community organizations, Bishop Rollins is committed to bridging communities and empowering others. He leads with wisdom, humility, and a passion for developing disciples and impacting lives for the Kingdom of God.
