We are excited that you are considering visiting our church. We believe in the power of prayer, passionate worship, sound biblical teaching, and a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ. Below are a few answers to help you know what to expect.
What is it like?
You can expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with heartfelt worship, prayer, the preaching of God’s Word, and a spirit of praise. We are a church that believes in the power of the Holy Ghost, the love of Christ, and the transforming power of God.
What about my kids?
We believe in developing our youth today to lead for tomorrow. Our Youth in Action activities are held on Sundays and Tuesdays and provide lessons and activities designed especially for youth and teens to help them grow in faith, character, and purpose.
Where do I park?
We have a parking lot available for guests and members. When additional parking is needed, overflow parking is available at the bottom of the Frederick Keys Stadium lot.
What do I wear?
Come as you are. Some may come dressed in Sunday best, while others may dress more simply. We want you to feel comfortable as you come to worship and experience the presence of the Lord.
How can I get connected?
Getting connected begins with coming to worship, introducing yourself, and allowing us to welcome you. As you attend, you will have opportunities to learn more about the church, connect with our leaders, and find ways to grow and serve in ministry.
Will I feel welcome if I’m visiting for the first time?
Absolutely. We count it a blessing to welcome first-time guests. We have a guest book for visitors, and during service we take time to acknowledge and welcome our first-time guests so you know that you are received with love.
How can I learn more about the church?
The best way is to come and worship with us in person. We would love the opportunity to greet you, answer your questions, and welcome you into a place where the love of God is felt and the Word of God is alive.
